Pedro Falcão is Vice-President at Investors Portugal, a leading organization supporting the development of the Portuguese investment ecosystem. With over two decades of experience in venture capital and early-stage investing, Pedro is also the Managing Partner at LC Ventures and CEO of Best Horizon, where he has backed more than 100 startups across Europe and the Americas.

He holds an MBA from Nova SBE and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Pedro is a certified mentor and a prominent figure in Portugal’s innovation and entrepreneurship landscape, actively contributing to initiatives that foster startup growth and international expansion.
